VINCE CLOTHING PTY LTD RETURNS POLICY

You can return or change any full priced item from the Vince clothing Pty Ltd webstore within 14 days to be eligible for a refund if the goods are in their original state and compliance tag/s remain intact and in place. Items must not be worn, damaged or washed and in saleable condition. Return requests outside 14 days are at the discretion of Vince clothing Pty Ltd. We do not refund original shipping charges. The original purchase invoice or returns & exchanges slip must be provided as proof of purchase.

We do not refund or exchange for any goods that have special services such as alteration or hemming.

Items that are on sale can be exchanged or returned for a credit note only. Further mark-downed items void return, exchange and credit note.  Credit notes are valid for 36 months.

We will provide you with a full refund at our discretion for items that are proven faulty before shipment or are different to what you ordered. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for return of goods that have been deemed faulty. Vince clothing Pty Ltd will not be responsible for missing deliveries and we strongly advise a traceable delivery method is used.
