ONLINE & IN STORE  –  CLOSURE SALE

All sale items cannot be returned, exchanged or credited. Items are final.

ONLINE POLICY 

You can return, exchange or receive a credit note for any full priced item within 14 days from the date received. 

  • To be eligible for a return all goods must be in their original state with compliance tag(s) intact and in place. Item(s) must not be worn, damaged or washed and in saleable condition.
  • The original purchase invoice or returns & exchanges slip must be provided as proof of purchase.
  • Pre-Order items are eligible for a full refund, you have 14 days to request from the date received.
  • During promotion sale periods e.g. Flash sales, Mid year sales, End of year sales , Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Click Frenzy etc. Item(s) can be returned for an exchange or credit note only. 
  • We do not refund or exchange any goods that have special services such as alteration or hemming.
  • We do not refund original shipping charges.
  • Gift vouchers & credit notes are valid for 3 years from date of issue.
  • You will be refunded via the method of payment used only. If you use a credit note to partially pay for your order, the refund will first go back onto the credit note and any remaining balance will be returned to your alternative payment method. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card or bank account. 
  • Return of item(s) via post must be provided with a tracking number for prompt processing. Vince clothing Pty Ltd will not be responsible for missing deliveries and we strongly advise a traceable delivery method is used.
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage prior to shipping. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 
  • *Major failure is at the discretion of Vince clothing Pty Ltd.
